All I Ever Learned About Obstacles ...

I learned from Bill's last newsletter, The Blue Smoke Gazette. I realize this is a comment and not a question, but I just wanted to congratulate Bill on enumerating his errors to show everyone what could go wrong when grilling/smoking. In fact, I've encountered many of these same issues, but it usually took me several times to learn as much as one could from the Gazette. I swear this is not a plug, but there is no place to leave comments on the newsletter, so I just wanted to let y'all know that if you want more than just recipes, subscribe to Bill's e-mail newsletter - the brisket, turkey, or ribs you could save, could be your own!

Thank You, Michael. I appreciate the kind words.

I'm not sure why I wrote that "problems" newsletter, other than for some reason I just felt compelled to share my experiences from that day. For some of the readers it didn't do much in the way of impressing them. One even wrote and told me that issue was "a real yawner". But that's ok. If that's person doesn't have problems, all the more power to him. Or was it a her?
