Arthur Bryant's is by far some of the best bbq I have ever had. This is one stop we make sure to make every year on our trip to Oklahoma. They are located in Kansas City, MO.
Still about the biggest and best brisket sandwich in the world, thoug Arthur wouldn't be completely happy today. With it going corporate with multiple locations, bottling the sauce for sale, things just aren't the same. Ribs and brisket are still to die for, but the lack of the 5 gal glass jugs with the unique sauce fermenting in the sun in the windows takes away from the ambience that used to be (thanks to the health department-grin.) Still Kansas City is still the best BBQ ever, and Bryant's is still the best of Kansas City.

I live in Omaha, Nebraska and for the past 10 years or so I stop at Arthur Bryant's West store as well as the original restaurant at least a couple of time a year when I pass through KC. I must say it's very good but not as good as the outstanding BBQ you can get at several spots in the Austin Texas area.

I too really enjoyed the famed Arthur Bryant's BBQ. I have eaten BBQ all over the country and this joint is as good as any!
