When you go out for bbq at your local smokehouse, you can pick up new ideas while comparing the food quality with your own home cooked barbecue.

While there, take notes and pictures. Return here. Give address and description of restaurant. Review the food. Notes on service, atmosphere, cleanliness, & menu variety are encouraged. Be honest. If you won't return, tell why.
