Smoking Time For Boneless Pork Loin by: SmokerBill
A boneless pork loin is a great piece of meat, but on the lean side. For it to be at its best quality for eating, bring it up to 155 degrees internal temperature, then remove it from the smoker and let it rest for 20 minutes before serving. It will be tender and juicy.
It's important to use a meat thermometer to be sure, but as a general guideline, a 2 pound pork loin will take between 2 to 2-1/2 hours to cook when smoked at 225 degrees, and less time if smoked at a higher temperature.
