Interested in what you think about using a mopping sauce versus adding liquid ingredients to the basting or water bowl of a weber vertical smoker. Does the mopping sauce have a better effect?

Matt, only if you want to. I smoke briskets and do not use a mopping sauce......I might start though. Try it without and see if you like the end result and then try one using the mop and see if you like that better.
