charcoal grill with smoker box attached

by A Smoker Cooking Enthusiast

I have a charcoal grill with a smoke box attached.
I have lost the directions and I don't know how to use the box attached to the grill. Do you put the wood chips in the box? Do you still need charcoal? Do wood chips provide enough heat to cook the meat? Do you add a pan of water? where should I put the pan of water?--in the grill or in the box?

I could sure use some help.

Thanks

Grill and Smoker Manuals

If what you are describing is a grill with firebox attached to one end, you would put burning charcoal on the charcoal grate and add woodchips for smoke a few times.

Take a look at this page that lists Grill and Smoker Manuals. You might find the infomation you need there.

Good Luck!
