Dad's Smokewagon- Security, Colorado

First of all I will say that I greatly enjoy Dad's food. Especially the pulled pork. That being said I will also say that I am a pork shoulder over pork loin (what he serves) guy. But I have to admit that his loin with a spicy/sweet sauce combo is great. He also has above average brisket, ribs, and chicken. My only addition would be a little stouter smoke ring (personal taste). I will reserve comment on the sausage as I don't eat it and can't tell you one way or the other.
Next I will say that Dad is a Vet, a great guy, and treats all of us current service members like gold. The last lunch I had before I went to Iraq last year was his pulled pork and he refused to let me pay for it. I can tell you that the first thing I did when I got back was look him up again. I was surprised to find his old location inhabited by another BBQ seller (all electric, no pit :{ ). Come to find out his old landlord saw how much $$ he was making, refused to reup his lease, and started his own place :( I will never go there or mention the name on here. So...go see Dad at his NEW location Dad's Kwik Inn (and Smokewagon) on Main Street in Security, Colorado!!
