That is my favorite part too. I'm out in the county here in NW Ohio. I have a brisket in my deep freeze as we speak, just waiting for a texas bbq that me and my wife are throwing for some family and friend later on this summer. I still haven't decided if I'm also gonna throw some turkey breasts on the smoker.
