Steak. Who doesn't love a good grilled steak? These grill recipes for steak will guide you toward making that perfect ribeye, t-bone, Porterhouse, or salmon steak.
Grilling brings out the flavor in a steak. The high temperature sears the surface, and the browning of the meat creates flavors that can't be duplicated by any other cooking method. Add a kiss of wood smoke to the flavor, and you have something truly great.
