Grilled King Crab Legs
This is an easy recipe. It's so easy to make grilled king crab legs, this shouldn't even be called a recipe. It's just plain cooking.
One pound of king crab legs per person
Preheat your grill to medium. Combine two tablespoons of the olive oil with two tablespoons of melted butter and coat the legs well. Place the king crab legs on the grill and drop the lid. Heat them for 4 or 5 minutes, turning once after about 2 minutes.
Remove the hot legs from the grill and serve with cocktail sauce or a garlicky butter sauce made as follows:
Combine one stick (four ounces) of melted butter with one tablespoon of chopped garlic. Heat this mixture gently to bring out the flavor of the garlic.
