Grilled Steak Marinade
| As if ribeyes weren't rich enough, this grilled steak marinade recipe adds more beefiness and more fat calories to an already primo slice of beef. It doesn't get much better than this! |
Great steaks have it all - tenderness, lots of flavor, and a high percentage of fat marbled within the flesh. Juicy, tender and tasty. And that's before they go into this marinade!
Steak Marinade RecipeRich, rich rich. I almost feel guilty every time I use this one. I said almost...INGREDIENTS 1/2 cup red wine vinegar 1 tablespoon beef base, or granulated beef boullion 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoons onion powder 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 cup butter, melted
Combine wine and beef base/boullion in a saucepan. Heat to simmer, and stir until granules are thoroughly dissolved. Add remaining ingredients, mix well and cool to room temperature. Marinate steaks 4 to 8 hour before grilling.
