Grilled Steak Marinade

As if ribeyes weren't rich enough, this grilled steak marinade recipe adds more beefiness and more fat calories to an already primo slice of beef. It doesn't get much better than this!

Great steaks have it all - tenderness, lots of flavor, and a high percentage of fat marbled within the flesh. Juicy, tender and tasty. And that's before they go into this marinade!

Steak Marinade Recipe

Rich, rich rich. I almost feel guilty every time I use this one. I said almost...

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon beef base, or granulated beef boullion
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup butter, melted

Combine wine and beef base/boullion in a saucepan. Heat to simmer, and stir until granules are thoroughly dissolved. Add remaining ingredients, mix well and cool to room temperature. Marinate steaks 4 to 8 hour before grilling.
