don't overcook hot links
by: Scott

When you're cooking any kind of sausage, it has to be cooked gently and only up to it's done temperature. At 155-160 degrees the hot links are done. Any higher than that and the fat melts, the skin pops open and all the juices run out, making the sausage dry.
