Should the smoke beef and chicken be frozen or kept in the refrigerator. For how long will it keep safely under these conditions.

Keeping Smoked Beef and Chicken

The USDA recommends that smoked meats be refrigerated no more than three days. (Safe refrigerator temperature range is considered to be 36 to 40 degrees.) If any longer than that, they should be frozen.

And if you know it won't be eaten up within three days, freeze what you don't think you'll eat as soon as possible.
