How to determine smoking time when combining meats?
We are smoking ribs and pork loin - our directions give directions for both - 45 min's per pound - but since they are 2 seperate meats, is it the same or do they cook simotaneously? Thanks JS

Depending on how much heat your smoker is capable of producing, the two meats could cook simultaneously, or it could take additional time to completely cook them.
Use a meat thermometer to know for sure when they're done.
