How to Smoke a Suckling Pig

I want to smoke a suckling pig for my sons first birthday. I have no idea how big of a pig to buy or where to start. I will have about 30-40 people and be cooking on a charbroil with an offset smoker. what type of rub do I use, cooking temperatures, time? Thanks

Use your favorite dry rub all over it. Injecting with a marinade is a good idea too. In an offset smoker you'll need to rotate the piglet a few times so both ends get an even amount of heat. Cook it skin side up.
