If I want to smoke a small whole turkey, some beef jerkey and a half of a salmon all together would the flavors and or different marinades drip on one another and ruin any of the various meats?
You can smoke different types of meat and/or fish together, but remember that each requires a different length of smoking time, and possibly different smoking temperatures.
Jerky is normally smoked at a lower temperature than a brisket would be. And salmon doesn't take long at all to smoke compared to smoking a brisket, which can take 12 hours or more.
As far as juices dripping from one meat to another, it could be a problem. You wouldn't want salmon juice dripping onto your jerky or brisket. But a little brisket juice on salmon wouldn't be all that bad, in my opinion. Position the foods with this in mind.
