Although I have grilled before I am still a novice,I want to buy a smoker and to start off with I was thinking of getting a vertical 3 in 1 type. I have looked at the webber the pro q and also a kingsford bullet which seems a very good price at £100 but I am not sure if this is good quality as I had not heard of this make before. What do you think? Kind regards Pete
Of the vertical charcoal smokers, my favorite is the Weber Smoky Mountain cooker. It looks like the Pro Q is nearly identical, but possibly with more features. I read that the Pro Q is made of slightly thinner material than the Weber, but not much. I think the Pro Q would be a good choice.
