Smoked or roasted?

depends on how the meat was cooked. If it came smoked, it's likely going to be like ham. If it was roasted or boiled (yuck)you can add smoke flavor and reheat it at the same time. Either way, your time in the rig only need be enough to bring the meat to serving temperature.
