Reheating Pre-Smoked Pork Shoulders

I ran into a great deal on already smoked Pork shoulders in the grocery store. Is it wise to re-smoke them, and at what temp and time? Or is it better to just follow the instructions and put them in the oven, and really miss that great really smoked taste? Any help will be greatly appreciated..

Whether or not you'd want to smoke those pre-smoked pork shoulders again depends a lot on just how smoky they are already. Try some of the pork first and if it can take more smoke, by all means give 'em another shot of smoke.
