The Kansas City Barbeque Society
The KCBS promotes barbecue while having a good time doing it. It also sanctions over 200 barbecue competitions yearly. Check it out if you're crazy about good barbecue cooking.


Ask The Meatman
The Meatman sells a lot of necessities for the meat lover. And he also provides a lot of free information about meat and meat preparation that would do you good to read.


BBQTV.com is the source for BBQ competition coverage, cooking tips, sauces, rubs, grills, equipment and anything to do with barbecue. BBQTV also features a free newsletter, the BBQ Mall and WebCasts of BBQTV programs.

The Best Recipe Scout will help you find some great recipes, and he even gives you a chance to vote on your favorites. Check it out if you like an insanely good time! The only problem I see with his site is that he believes the he has the best meatloaf recipe on the internet. We all know that I hold that honor. ;-)
