Is there a recipe for smoking a ribeye roast(bone-in)with dry rub/or marinade? Something with a crusty outsides. or is it for splitting into bone-in steaks? Thanks. I am a newsletter subscriber

Here's a recipe that's good. It's pretty simple, using just olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper for seasonings.

Smoked Rib Eye Roast

I like to use apple or oak chips for smoking this one.
