Smoked chicken wings or turkey legs

We'd like to smoke some drumettes and wings as an appetizer. Another idea is to smoke turkey legs. How long should we smoke each of them?

Smoke first, heat later

For the chicken wings, I would first smoke it for 1-2 hours and then put it in the oven or on the direct grill while basting it with the liquid it sat in the night before.
This will give it a good smoky taste and crispiness too.

The marinade/paste/rub can be a combination of pepper, salt, Hot chilli, Paprica , brown sugar, garlic, honey, thyme. The amounts are not exact anyway so you need to experiment.

The turkey legs are less appealing to me so I will not comment.
