If you can get the temperature up to 275 degrees or so, you can smoke them in 1 to 1-1/2 hours. Since you have an electric, here are a couple of suggestions.
Don't use the water pan. Remove it from the smoker.
Use cooling racks to elevate the wings, and put the racks on drip pans. Round pizza pans are perfect.
The smoker temperature will now get up there in temperature, and your wings will smoke quicker. And your smoker will stay clean (if it's not already a mess)
