Smoking Bone In Pork Picnic

I have a 12 lb pork picnic bone in I will be smoking for Super Bowl. My question is what's the best temperature to maintain and approximately how long will it take?

I have a chargriller wood smoker with a side fire box, and will be using oak and pieces of hickory.
