Smoking Chili Meat

Hello! I have looked and cannot find a recipe to smoke ground beef. I did find your cheeseburger recipe, but wasn’t sure if I wanted to make them and crumble or if you had a more chili oriented idea. My thought is to smoke the meat, maybe some veggies and finish on the stove. Just was not sure about the time/smoke ratio. I hate when I overdo the smoke flavor and it is overwhelming. Any input would be appreciated!
