Never smoked before and my ? is, does the cook time increase with more birds used. About how long would you offset smoke 7-4lb chickens without using a brine?

If you have a good quality offset smoker, it shouldn't take a whole lot longer to smoke several chickens as opposed to one or two. That is, unless they're packed into the smoker to tightly. Make sure there's a good gap between the chickens to allow for heat to contact all sides. Rotate the chickens a few times, since your smoker probably is hotter on one end than the other.e
