I got a smoker about a month ago and have had very good success so far. Your site is great with step by step instructions, recipes and insight. I tried smoking shrimp yesterday and left the shells on. i cooked them about an hour and a half and getting the shells off was tough and frustrating. Any suggestions?

Shrimp have a built-in termometer in them; when they turn red(or pinkish on the first side, turn them. It should take 2 to 3 min. on a side to do them if you are cooking on a grill(i.e.-600*F or so) and 4min. per side for a smoker at appox. 250*F.Time,brother smoker,time...;}-
