You can use your family's traditional stuffing recipe, or any other basic stuffing. I'd stay away from the boxed "Stove Top" type stuffings, since they just won't have that homemade flavor you deserve.
But instead of trying to preheat the smoked turkey with the stuffing inside, cook the stuffing separately, rewarm the turkey, and stuff it before serving. Attempting to reheat the smoked turkey with stuffing inside might cause problems, since in order to completely cook the stuffing, the already-cooked turkey would overcook.
Reheat the turkey in a 325 degree oven until its internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Cook the stuffing in a baking pan, in the oven with the turkey, then when both are done, fill the turkey with stuffing.
That way, you'll be sure that both the stuffing and the turkey are at their best.
