Thaw the Turkey?
Just last week during a discussion of various methods of cooking the holiday bird, I asked a coworker how he was going to cook his turkey this year. He replied that he and his brother-in-law were going to deep fry it like they did last year, but this year they were going to thaw the turkey first. I just about fell out of my chair laughing so hard when I realized he was serious. Maybe a little less beer will help produce a better finished product.
