turkey brine not cold enough

My brine was not cold real cold but cool when turkey went in so added some ice to it and put in frig.
will it be ok?

Your turkey will be fine. When you put the ice in it most likely lowered the brine temperature quickly, and then putting it in the fridge kept it cold.
