when to pull the meat on pork shoulder

I have to smoke my pork shoulder in advance. Should I put the whole shoulder in the refrigerator and cover with foil, reheat in oven and pull at time of eating? Or, pull it immediately and reheat pulled pork?

As a matter of convenience, pull the pork first. It's a lot easier to reheat pulled pork than whole shoulder. Be sure to save any juice generated by pulling and store the pulled meat in it.
