Where's your maple syrup brine recipe?

Last year we tried two of your brine recipes. The first one had orange juice, garlic and brown sugar in the ingredients, and it was very good. Then we tried your maple syrup brine, and absolutely loved it! Now, I've come back to get a new copy, as I've misplaced the original, and can't find it on your site. Any chance I've missed it, or that you have it kicking around?
