Wild pork spare ribs in oven

by lalo
(Houston TX.)

I've got a slab of wild pork ribs, have all the marinades. What's the best way to cook them in an oven?

What's the cooking time and temp.

This is not telling me anything I already know. I just need a temp and cooking time for baking these babies in the oven.

Smoking Wild Hog Ribs

It would be a good idea to soak them overnight in milk or buttermilk to pull out any strong taste. After that, rinse, then marinate and season them just like you would other ribs.

The meat is leaner than store bought pork, so try not to overcook them. Baste the ribs several times with a liquid containing some oil, vinegar, and the rest being beer or water. This will help keep the ribs moist.
