Pork Loin Chops

Tender, juicy, flavorful pork loin chops like these can be yours! The tasty storebought marinade is the key to their awesome flavor.

The marinade of choice here is called "Allegro Original Marinade", and even though it's aroma reminds me of a certain type of catfish bait, it sure makes these grilled pork chops taste fantastic!

Grilled, Marinated Pork Chops

Marinated for one or two hours, these cook quickly once they hit the grill. And they don't last long when they're served, either!

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 one-half inch thick pork chops, preferably loin chops
  • 1 cup of Allegro Original Marinade
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Place the pork chops, Allegro marinade and pepper in a plastic food storage bag, or into a glass or plastic bowl. Slosh the pork around so it's fully coated and submerged in the brown, fragrant liquid.

Marinate for one to two hours in the fridge.

Grill over medium low direct heat for 15 to 20 minutes, or until done. There's always some variation in grill temp, so time will vary. The chops will be slightly firm when done.

Serve your grilled pork loin chops immediately after removing from the grill. Great when served with a few jalapeno poppers, grilled squash, and with some liquid apple pie for dessert! You know what I'm talkin' about, Jared!
